We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our service delivery remains top-notch. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from work orders and invoices into our system. This data helps us with auditing, billing, and reporting, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into our system, meeting monthly deadlines.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges.
- Collaborate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Management team to track and report cost savings.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred.
- Associates Degree is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Frequent use of hands for typing and handling data.
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
