About The Position

As a Clinical Education Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of physicians and clinics to enhance our portfolio of medical, PA, and nursing educational experiences. Your responsibilities will include driving individual recruitment efforts, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with program operations and partnership teams. We seek a proactive team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to innovation.

While this position offers full remote flexibility, candidates must reside in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, or Alabama.

Essential Functions

Engage with physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and clinical sites via various communication channels to promote the benefits of precepting trainees

Maintain consistent and professional correspondence in alignment with team standards

Identify and qualify leads for institutional recruitment efforts

Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process pipeline, driving new leads into the sales funnel

Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) to develop lead generation campaigns and manage relationships

Cultivate strong relationships with potential preceptors to ensure satisfaction and success

Guide medical contacts through the onboarding process

Customize recruitment strategies to optimize outcomes

Generate leads and facilitate onboarding processes for preceptors and clinical training sites

Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless program operations

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Previous experience in physician recruitment or clinical site acquisition preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Hubspot

Experience in healthcare education or medical field

Understanding of clinical education market dynamics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
