Position: Retirement Plan Counselor
Location: Denver, CO (or nearby)
Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish
About The Role
You'll play a crucial role in delivering on-site education and enrollment presentations for our defined contribution 401(k) clients. Leveraging our cutting-edge technology and tools, you'll employees on their path to a successful retirement. Additionally, you'll assist our Client Management team in nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver communication and education strategies through group meetings, webinars, and recorded presentations.
Provide consultative expertise to increase employee participation and enrollment.
Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
Report meeting details accurately and consistently.
Collaborate with Client Management to identify effective communication materials and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 Years Of Related Experience.
Strong numerical skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required within established timeframes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of products, defined contribution business, and ERISA preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
