Position Overview

As the CEO, you will spearhead the organization with guidance from the Board of Directors. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic planning, overseeing the overall operation, and managing the administration of our health center. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission of delivering high-quality health services, ensuring financial stability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Direct and supervise all aspects of the health center's operations.

Board Oversight: Report to the Board, attend board meetings, and serve on various committees.

Policy Implementation: Implement approved goals, policies, and procedures.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop the team to maintain operational efficiency.

Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the budget to ensure financial sustainability.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and grant requirements.

Community Advocacy: Champion the needs of underserved individuals and tailor services to meet diverse community needs.

Qualifications

Education: MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited US institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior management within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a track record in managing government-funded programs and meeting industry standards.

Physical Demands

Work Environment: Primarily office-based in a clean and comfortable setting.

Additional Requirements

Screenings: Ability to pass criminal background, financial, drug and alcohol screenings.

Compliance: Fulfill I9 Verification and other State and Federal employment requirements.

Schedule

Regular schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability.
