Team Leadership: Lead finance and business service staff, promoting collaboration and excellence.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, audit standards, and legal requirements.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Support our DEI values and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Executive-Level Experience: Minimum of ten years in financial leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or youth-serving organization.
Education: Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or management; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Certification: CPA license in Arizona preferred.
Mission Alignment: Passion for our mission and values, embodying the principles of the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
Skills: Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and collaboration abilities.
