Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and assess fundraising programs, from annual giving to donor solicitations.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, meeting fundraising targets.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and explore diverse funding sources.
- Create and execute comprehensive fund development plans in line with our objectives.
- Implement strategies to enhance our organization's image and mission awareness.
- Manage donor recognition initiatives and ensure timely gift acknowledgments.
- Maintain precise financial and donor records in collaboration with the finance team.
- Provide support and guidance to the Board of Directors and Fund Development Committee.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in successful fund development and program management.
- Proficiency in data management tools like Raisers Edge or SalesForce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with large groups.
- Knowledge of fundraising and business management strategies.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
- Able to work for extended periods at a computer.
- Access to different departments within the organization.
