As the Vice President, you will guide and oversee a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Coordinators, and Project Assistants. About The Role
As the Vice President, you will guide and oversee a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Coordinators, and Project Assistants. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a diverse team of project management professionals.
- Delegate effectively to ensure operational excellence.
- Contribute to recruitment and team growth strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and oversee compensation decisions.
- Provide strategic insights for workload scheduling and growth objectives.
- Monitor project costs and maintain communication with clients and architects.
- Foster client relationships and support in resolving project issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- 5 years in senior project management roles for projects valued at $30M to $100M or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building codes, and AIA documents.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and financial skills.
- Familiarity with Procore, Vista, Docuware, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
