Responsibilities
- Process customer credit applications with precision, ensuring meticulous recording of data in our accounting software systems and CRM.
- Maintain comprehensive customer credit records, updating information as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor customer credit accounts vigilantly, promptly identifying any delinquent payments and initiating appropriate collection processes.
- Utilize IBM AS/400 and Great Plains (GPAC) software to efficiently manage and analyze billing functions and accounts receivable.
- Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly, offering assistance and information as required.
- Harness the capabilities of ADP - Financial Services for streamlined claim administration.
- Employ the 'About Time' system to track and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
- Ensure all billing functions are executed accurately and within established timelines.
- Leverage your expertise in collection processes to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all financial regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Competence in Great Plains (GPAC).
- Knowledge of IBM AS/400.
- Experience with About Time software.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Proficiency in Billing Functions.
- Experience with Claim Administration.
- Understanding of Collection Processes.
