The Strategic Initiatives team operates as an internal consultant and incubator, driving innovation and growth. In this role, you will contribute to the development and testing of strategic performance models, helping to shape the future direction of our company.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering results. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the company.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Conduct financial assessments and competitive analyses.
- Support financing transactions and strategic partnerships.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with FP&A to improve financial planning practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- 2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
