Position Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll be responsible for corporate consolidation, financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data to manage and forecast future results.
- Partner with line managers and product P&L owners to offer actionable insights and support organizational goals.
- Assist with financial modeling for commercial opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.
- Enhance vertical and horizontal information flows to improve coordination across the company.
- Communicate findings effectively to the finance team and leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Task-oriented with a strong drive to complete projects on time and improve processes.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to problem-solve using data.
- High standards of accuracy and precision.
- Creative, self-motivated, and highly driven.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills suitable for senior-level communications.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and analytical systems such as NetSuite, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase, PowerBI, and Tableau. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
