This Contract-to-Hire opportunity not only offers competitive compensation at $20/HR but also includes a $50 commission per issued MA policy!
Responsibilities
Reach out to individuals seeking Senior Health Insurance coverage through outbound dialing.
Employ a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and offer tailored health insurance solutions.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and confidence in every interaction.
Utilize your computer proficiency within a MS Windows environment to manage and update client information efficiently.
Set and achieve sales goals through your proactive and motivated sales efforts.
Stay updated on health and life insurance products and regulations to provide informed assistance.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated support team to ensure seamless client interactions and successful sales endeavors.
Requirements
Active health and accident license in your residing state.
3 years of experience working with Medicare Advantage, particularly with the DUAL member population.
Comfort and proficiency with outbound dialing.
Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
Exceptional verbal communication skills, coupled with a clear and confident demeanor.
Proficiency in a MS Windows environment.
Driven by goals and self-motivated to excel in a sales-oriented environment.
