Job Summary

We're seeking passionate early career therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) who are eager to embark on a transformative journey in providing therapy to children and adolescents. This part-time role offers an opportunity to work with autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative team.

Who We're Looking For

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth

Collaborate with the team to provide evidence-based treatments tailored to clients' needs

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of clinical notes and treatment plans

Engage in outreach activities to support the clinic and build community relationships

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution

Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado

Experience working with children and adolescents

Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new software

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of insurance billing processes and community resources

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience with mental health documentation for commercial insurance and Medicaid
