Responsibilities
As an Application Engagement Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for job seekers and applicants, playing a pivotal role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promptly responding to inquiries from job seekers.
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, or texts to screen and qualify candidates for job opportunities.
- Gathering and recording applicant information to facilitate a smooth interview process.
- Scheduling interviews for candidates with our branch teams.
- Re-engaging applicants from our database to match them with new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive, energetic demeanor.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in learning and using various software applications.
