Key Responsibilities
- Create a genuine, informative, and personalized reservations experience by accurately capturing guest contact information, preferences, and previous stay details.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, special offers, and general accommodation-related questions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, hours of operation, room types, decor, locations, rates, packages, promotions, spa offerings, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns effectively, collaborating with fellow team members and departments to exceed expectations and ensure follow-through.
- Accurately execute all billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests.
- Skillfully upsell services and offerings, ensuring guests are fully informed about the resort's unique experiences.
- Reside in the U.S. Mainland
- Minimum of two years' experience in hospitality or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort
- Proficiency in creating professional business correspondence
- Exceptional people and sales skills, with a gracious phone manner and ability to engage positively with every guest
- Ability to work cohesively with teams and across departments
- One year of Opera experience (Google, Navis Certification & Software experience preferred)
