About The Role
As the Art Director at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity across various platforms. From our website to marketing materials and digital advertising, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our visual communications resonate with our target audience of entrepreneurs.
Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, this position requires a blend of artistic talent, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital media. The ideal candidate will possess a keen aesthetic sense and the ability to lead creative projects that align with our company's goals and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the production of all digital content, ensuring consistency and high quality.
Balance user needs, artistic innovation, and brand guidelines to create engaging content for our core audience.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
Monitor and analyze the performance of creative initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies to supplement in-house capabilities.
Champion AI-forward strategies to innovate and enhance creative processes.
Lead the development of dynamic prototypes, from concept to execution.
Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Help develop and refine our brand strategy.
Build, mentor, and lead a creative team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Passion for storytelling through design.
