Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Product Training Specialist! We're seeking an independent, talented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for continual learning and growth. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and deliver educational content, ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical and non-technical training materials, including manuals, videos, and webinars.

Conduct engaging web-based training sessions for both internal employees and external clients.

Collaborate with the product training team to support on-site training sessions and events.

Assist in creating client-facing tips and product release articles.

Contribute to the production of product webinars and trade show presentations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methodologies and technology trends.

Support various departments in meeting client and employee training needs.

Assist with employee onboarding sessions and product support meetings.

Provide input on new training plans and curriculum design.

Track and analyze training assessments for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Prior experience in training or education preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and international travel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and effectively transfer knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Desirable Qualifications

Basic understanding of HTML and CRM systems.

Experience with e-learning software and webinar tools.

Previous experience in the tourism or technology industries.

Most positions are based at our headquarters in Tucson, AZ, or Liverpool, UK. Remote positions are available for candidates residing in select U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and the UK.
