What You Will Do
Develop and champion a compelling product marketing vision and strategy for our Dispenser and Environmental Systems product lines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment on go-to-market efforts.
Influence strategic direction by providing insights into consumer needs and market dynamics, enhancing our competitive positioning.
Lead customer segmentation initiatives and conduct research to identify market opportunities and address customer needs effectively.
Drive marketing efforts to uncover product growth opportunities, collaborating closely with sales, training, and product management teams.
Manage the product marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
Lead and develop a talented team of product marketing professionals to achieve collective goals.
Evaluate product sales performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5-10 years of corporate product marketing or product management experience, ideally in senior-level roles.
Proven leadership in marketing within a multi-brand consumer products manufacturing company or large retail organization.
Deep understanding of marketing strategy development, with a focus on product and consumer brand marketing.
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively present to C-Suite executives and collaborate with sales leaders.

Base salary range: $128,800 to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
