Marketing Support Specialist

Location: Remote (US or Canada, Eastern Time preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

Assist in managing inbound sales leads, coordinating with the sales team based on territory maps.

Documentation Review

Conduct initial reviews of internal and external documents, ensuring compliance with brand standards before submission to the Marketing Director.

Market Research

Conduct market research and present findings internally to inform marketing strategies.

Lead Generation

Participate in lead generation activities as required to support marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn.

Performance Analysis

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, offering actionable insights.

Budget And Administrative Tasks

Assist in budget management, invoice processing, CRM management, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Documentation Management

Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and assets.

Key Skills And Qualifications

Basic understanding of Salesforce.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Effective communication skills across various channels.

Experience in the nonprofit or higher education sectors is a plus.

Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
