The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated National Video Media Manager, Senior to join our Brand Marketing Team. In this role, you will help ensure our brand remains healthy and strong by supporting Brand Marketing with national video planning and ongoing optimization.
You will be responsible for planning and continually optimizing national video investments in linear, digital, and social video across various networks and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning large national video investments and using analytical tools like iSpot and EDO to optimize performance.
This position offers the flexibility to work from home from any location in the continental U.S., with occasional business travel required.
What You'll Do
Develop and optimize complex, multi-channel strategies.
Collaborate with the Media Team to translate and interpret business intelligence and internal client objectives before guiding media agencies.
Work with internal stakeholders and management to understand parameters for developing media strategies.
Explain media recommendations to partners and management, ensuring they meet business objectives and adhere to best practices.
Implement client media plans correctly and in a timely manner.
Manage budget plans of moderate complexity.
Communicate status with management and internal/external partners as needed.
Serve as a primary resource for team members on escalated, unusual matters.
Apply advanced knowledge of social and digital marketing principles, acting as a subject matter expert in primary channels.
Direct agencies to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
Use analytics and measurement tools/techniques to test and optimize performance against objectives.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
6 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, and/or communications, including at least 3 years in areas such as social marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign management.
Advanced knowledge of digital or social marketing industry and practices.
Experience influencing business decisions.
Experience participating in cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced understanding of the impact of social marketing on an omni-channel experience.
What Sets You Apart
Minimum of 2 years of experience planning national video investments for large budgets.
Familiarity with analytics tools, including Mixed Media Modeling, iSpot, and EDO.
Experience in the U.S. military or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
What We Offer
Compensation: We assess market data to establish competitive salary ranges based on experience and market data. The salary range for this position is $99,160 - $189,530. Pay incentives may be available based on corporate and individual performance.
