Travel Required: Up to 5%

Salary: $40,000

Primary Responsibilities

As a Sales Support professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our department runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle various administrative duties, including:

• Answering emails and creating spreadsheets
• Assisting leadership with presentations
• Taking minutes during meetings and managing calendars
• Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms
• Ordering office materials and performing basic data entry
• Supporting the sales team with customer requests, catalogs, and promotions
  
  

Essential Functions

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports to keep information up to date.
• Assist in maintaining the budget plan and supporting financial activities.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Address technical issues within your area of expertise.
• Provide clerical support, including answering phones and preparing documents.
  
  

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude

• Strong communication and marketing skills to act as a liaison between internal team members and clients.
• Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning, along with knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Quality assurance skills to uphold our standards for products and services.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills for efficient office operations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
