The company is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our expanding Sales team as Business Development Representatives. As the driving force behind our outreach efforts, you will engage in cold calling, nurturing leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and orchestrating product demonstrations for our esteemed sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a minimum of 70 outbound cold calls per day
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through various channels
  • Schedule qualified appointments to meet monthly quotas for outbound sales teams
  • Achieve or surpass sales metrics and revenue targets
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Generate accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as directed by management
  • Provide administrative support as necessary
  • Fulfill other duties and projects as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SaaS or full cycle sales preferred
  • Background in Real Estate advantageous
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling techniques
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
