Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with bond program requirements, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Bond Team's daily activities, including Loan Delivery and Pipeline efficiency.
- Oversee resolution of escalated loan-level issues and investor rebuttals.
- Implement process improvements to streamline the bond loan process.
- Conduct second-tier reviews of files as needed.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to production standards.
- Collaborate with Training and Product Development departments on program enhancements and materials.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines.
- Develop and maintain training materials related to bond programs.
- Identify operational issues and work with other departments to implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in mortgage lending, with expertise in bond programs.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Familiarity with MCC and bond program requirements.
- Proficiency in Encompass LOS and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
