Key Responsibilities
- Interpret customer issues and relay design concerns, reliability, or maintenance problems to the product engineering team.
- Provide escalated technical support to resolve complex product or software issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Develop and publish help documents, tutorials, and reference materials for product updates or issues.
- Assist external customers and internal support teams with demos, training, and documentation for new product introductions.
- Participate in product engineering meetings to convey customer and support team feedback.
- Deliver global technical support to support and success teams by offering expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Conduct training sessions on new and existing products.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams to shape solution strategies.
- Mentor support and success teams, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Collaborate with product development to influence the roadmap based on advanced technical insights.
- Provide escalated technical support to customers and collaborate on advanced troubleshooting strategies.
- Stay updated on product changes and competitor offerings to contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and innovative ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing step-by-step technical assistance.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and concepts.
