Job Description
We're seeking a Recruiter to join our team at [Company Name]. As the initial point of contact for potential hires, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Gain a deep understanding of job requirements and qualifications, including training, education, and experience.
- Utilize screening tools and interview techniques to assess candidate suitability.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure alignment between candidate aspirations and organizational goals, facilitating fair and competitive offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to expand our talent pool.
- Active Real Estate License.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively from diverse channels.
- Familiarity with recruiting principles and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building candidate relationships.
- Compensation includes:
- $15 per Zoom appointment set and conducted by a CanZell ISA, lasting at least 15 minutes.
- $25 per Zoom appointment set and conducted independently, lasting at least 15 minutes.
- Bonus potential based on successful hires and revenue share opportunities.
- Competitive full-time salary range of $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Professional development support.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate recruiting.
- Active Real Estate License preferred.
- Remote.
