Key Responsibilities
- Listing Side:
- Organize pre-listing activities, including staging and photography.
- Craft compelling marketing write-ups for MLS listings.
- Assist in the preparation of listing documents.
- Support the Lead Agent from contract ratification through post-closing.
- Buyer Side:
- Source new business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads.
- Organize and manage legal documentation.
- General Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily CRM updates for all contacts and leads.
- Collaborate with industry partners, including agents and home inspectors.
- Schedule appointments efficiently in relevant calendars.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM).
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Active Virginia Real Estate license (Minimum 2 years).
- Experience in listing and buying (Minimum 2 years).
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
