Occupier Services Team Transaction Manager
As an Occupier Services Team Transaction Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our tenant representation team, managing corporate real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio. These accounts are primarily middle-market in size, spanning from 25 to 800 locations and 500,000 to 10,000,000 SF of leased space.

Occupier Services Team Transaction Manager
As an Occupier Services Team Transaction Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our tenant representation team, managing corporate real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio. These accounts are primarily middle-market in size, spanning from 25 to 800 locations and 500,000 to 10,000,000 SF of leased space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement real estate transaction strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare market surveys, proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate field broker engagement.
- Maintain status reports, track pipeline and revenue, and monitor lease expirations.
- Manage lease/purchase acquisitions and dispositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Track transaction activity, prepare status reports, and deliver presentations to clients.
- Solid experience in corporate real estate lease or transaction management.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university, preferably in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Real estate license required.
- Ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
