• **Ensure Compliance:** Make certain that partners adhere to program rules and policies.

• **Experience:** Over 10 years of experience in partner development or alliances management within the software or tech industry.
• **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in building and managing effective partner ecosystems.
• **Technical Skills:** Strong technical and analytical skills with an understanding of SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• **Supply Chain Knowledge:** A deep understanding of supply chain technologies along with established relationships with potential supply chain partners.
• **Collaboration Skills:** Superior cross-functional collaboration abilities with a proven capacity to execute programs and projects effectively.
