- Develop a robust clinical supply planning model to ensure timely availability of supplies for groundbreaking gene editing therapies.
- Lead demand forecasting efforts, collaborating with clinical teams and external partners.
- Oversee packaging and labeling operations, ensuring smooth operations across internal and external teams.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes by identifying and solving challenges to optimize efficiency.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a cGMP or GCP environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience working with manufacturing, project management, and clinical teams is a plus.
- Experience with cold chain management and cell and gene therapies.
- Professional certifications in supply chain planning (CPIM, CSCP).
