Position Overview:

Performs thorough and accurate failure investigations on returned product that leads to a root cause evaluation. Repair and calibration of all products & assemblies to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.

Job Details:

• Troubleshoots products, sub-assemblies and circuit boards to ensure timely, accurate and complete failure investigations of product returns leading to root cause and corrective/preventive action.
• Generates appropriate service documentation and enters service orders through the ERP System
• Identifies complex failures and recommends solutions; provides MDR Reports to QA/RA when required; notifies QA of defective parts and failure documentation for investigation
• Repair and replacement of appropriate parts after thorough troubleshooting
• Complete MAQUET product training and certification programs prior to working on specific medical equipment

Background Experience:

• Technical school degree (AAS) or equivalent in electronics preferred
• Must have the ability to read and interpret schematics
• Minimum of 5 years troubleshooting experience to the component level
• Must have basic computer knowledge

Salary Range: $74k - $84k
