looking for a part time Data Entry specialist with responsibilities including:* Entering new orders (alpha numeric) into the company's web based program * Typing/Formulating reports based on search results
* Uploading/emailing reports for client submission
* Monitoring e-mails, websites, client and vendor notes
* Handling occasional incoming/outgoing phone communication with clients and vendors
Job requirements:
* Excellent computer and data entry skills (60 wpm)
* Alpha numeric 10 key
* Attention to detail
* Professional phone demeanor
* Mortgage/Title/Banking experience not necessary but helpful
