Heating and Air conditioning company is looking to hire an office receptionist for answering phones, scheduling appointments and dispatching calls, light typing, familiar with excel, Word and Google calendar, filing and other office duties. Must be reliable with good phone personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Part time Monday-Wednesday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30 somewhat flexible.
