Job Description The (Junior) Consultant Customer Success Manager is a strategic partner to our clients in Austria. The (Junior) Consultant CSM is an innovation agent who reacts to change within the market and informs the client accordingly. The (Junior) Consultant CSM ensures efficient client training and onboarding of new customers on our gfknewron data and insight platform, the successful post holder educates clients about the most relevant features & functionalities for their specific needs as well as driving user adoption (i.e. activation, reactivation and engagement) by demonstrating clear ROI to client. The (Junior) Consultant CSM finds and builds, a new user base for GfK offerings as well as being a market expert in one or more categories for exiting clients. Reporting to our Director CSM based in Germany, the (Junior) Consultant CSM will learn to deliver insightful presentations and applicable recommendations to our clients. You're good at: Presentations and communicating to different people Adopting a client-centric approach to your work Identifying data trends and providing possible reasons Working with multiple stakeholders, having consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams Co-ordination of projects and client focused collaboration Identifying leads for cross sell and upsell opportunities with the client Understanding business outcome and value Working closely with clients to develop use cases demonstrating value being provided to clients You can bring: Interest in Small Domestic Appliances product categories and markets Solid presentation and communication skills Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams Co-ordination and execution of how to achieve client outcomes and organisation goals Driving delivery of results for clients & GfK across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influences Passion, commitment, an open mindset, team spirit, and a can -do attitude. Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems Excellent German and very good English language skills Benefits The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 32,308 (based on full-time).
