Job Description Retail Consultant and market Analyst In charge of Specialized Retailers: Act as strategic partners to our clients/retailers responsible for managing insights and presentations to major Specialized Retailers Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients Coordinate Retailers services cross countries and categories Collaborate in cross-functional teams with GfK experts in Sales, Operations, Data and Marketing Sciences as well as Global Product Management Direct report to Head of Retail Italy & Greece What to expect? A Market Intelligence Retail Consultant (m/f/d), a passionate person who understands that digital means business transformation. Data driven analytics, communication, presentation, and client facing skills. Is this you? Awesome, here is what we are looking for additionally: Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience Strong presentation skills, client-centric approach Business understanding in Specialized Channels (Watch specialists, DIY Superstores, Baby Specialists, Tires Specialists etc.) Ideally 4-5 years of experience in customer success or equivalent business units Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically Eagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude Very good English language skills Passion, dedication and commitment #LI-Hybrid We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
