Experiences Administrator

Do you love to work on a team to help bring transformative experiences to people? Are you great at the back-end organization and behind-the-scenes work? Seeking a detail-oriented person to execute the critical administrative work that makes our guests’ transformative experiences at Ghost Ranch possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and sends all contracts and letters of agreement to instructors
• Gathers biographical information, course descriptions, and images to publicize offerings on our website
• Collects tax and banking forms from instructors and processes payments
• Maintains master calendar and spreadsheets for all Experiences offerings
• Creates a “run of show” document for all programs and events, and shares this information staff-wide
• Communicates with diverse audiences in a professional and confidential manner
• Accurately prepares information, manages records, schedules meetings, and assists the Director of Experience and Social Impact as needed
• Serves as the administrative point person for Estudio Corazon, Ghost Ranch’s artist residency program: communicates with artist-residents, applicants, and liaisons; reviews applications; and updates residency materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The Experiences Administrator works independently using established procedures, prioritizes tasks appropriately, is self-motivated and proactive, and meets deadlines. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• High school diploma or higher; an Associate's degree in business administration is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience; experience with non-profit organizations and arts organizations preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, especially in managing multiple priorities and details
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen well, solve problems, and be flexible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consistently and completely relay information to both internal and external audiences
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Outstanding attitude with the ability to be a positive role model and team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and willing to be flexible

DETAILS:

This is generally a Monday-Friday position, with occasional work outside normal working hours. Ghost Ranch offers competitive pay and an excellent benefits package for medical and retirement.
