Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 10 Years of Architecture Experience
- Registered Architect
- 5 or more years of progressive design/PM work
- Ability to work across disciplines (design, engineering, renovation, construction)
Job Essentials
A successful Regional Executive for GHP’s Florida Architecture Studio should demonstrate the ability to:
- Provide architectural services through all phases of design and construction—with enough knowledge to provide solutions to problems that arise during an architectural project
- Communicate architectural solutions to the average person.
- Deliver the success of a project.
- Reassess project plans as needed and communicate design, schedule, and budget changes to a client.
- Develop internal project strategies—working with the project’s principal to deliver the best results for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reassessing.
- Meet deadlines with quality work.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants, sub-contractors, and team members (external and internal) to assist in the successful completion of a project.
- Deliver quality documentation that is necessary to a successful architectural project.
- Maintain an understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- A successful Regional Manager for GHP’s Florida Architecture Studio should demonstrate the technological proficiency to:
- Put a set of Construction Documents together utilizing team members REVIT.
- Utilize ERP for project management, providing regular progress updates to upper management and managing invoicing, account payables, pay apps, and sub-consultant communication/documentation through the ERP.
- Track early-stage project development inside a CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint)
- Utilize Document Control Software (such as Microsoft Teams/SharePoint) for organization, collaboration, and deliverable documentation.

Position Summary
The Industrial Hygienist will have a deep understanding of the interaction between environmental hazards and human health in commercial settings. Competent with sampling and analysis of potential hazards. Strong background in science with a strong interest in the impact of environment on health and located in central Florida.
