Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks within the company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the power equiptment industry.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide information about products and services offered by the dealership

- Assist customers with their purchases, including operating the cash register

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas

- Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory control

- Knowledge of power equipment and repair is beneficial but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
