Who are we?
The Barn at Gibbet Hill is at the forefront of the local food movement. We are one of the only event spaces in New England that has a produce farm on site. The Barn at Gibbet Hill is a family owned and operated business, part of the Webber Restaurant Group founded in 2004.
The Position:
Have you always been interested in what goes on behind the scenes for catering events? If you are interested in learning more about the setting up, preparation and completion of the behind the scenes to create memorable events, then this position is for you!
Experience is not necessary but welcomed! (Busser, house person for catering facility )
What does it take to be successful in this role?
- Exude a high level of hospitality to our guests – smile and have fun!
- Bringing a great "can do" attitude every day!
- Ability to work in a stressful and high-volume work environment.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry a tray.
