Responsibilities:
- Coring Bell Peppers: Perform the coring process on bell peppers according to standard operating procedures. This involves removing the core and seeds from each pepper while maintaining product integrity.
- Efficient Workflow: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of peppers through the coring station.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Use equipment and tools properly and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
- Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness in the coring area by regularly cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and floors. Follow sanitation procedures to ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.
