Overview
The Talent Management Specialist II, is part of a team responsible for the strategy, process and execution of programs and the design and delivery of content associated with leadership and manager development, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement. This role also works closely with internal HR partners and stakeholders to consult on talent management needs and measure impact on business results.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Director, Talent Management and other team members to create and facilitate innovative and engaging talent management solutions
- Participate in design and development of Talent Management courses, programs or resources
- Maintain internal portal content related to Talent Management programs
- Serve as facilitator and/or producer for virtual training sessions or meetings related to Talent Management programs
- Assist with execution of leadership and manager development programs
- Suggest enhancements or modifications to existing Talent Management programs that result in improved measurable outcomes
- Assist in evaluating and delivering insights related to the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies
- Support Talent Management program participants as needed with technical assistance, curriculum questions, scheduling, etc.
- Design presentations that effectively engage and communicate with all audiences
- Lead coordination and execution of designated annual training award submissions
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years minimum experience preferably in human resources, learning and development or talent management-related role
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary commensurate with location, skills and experience, and for Colorado this ranges from $75,000.00-$85,000.00 plus excellent benefits and retirement program.
