The ideal full-time candidate will be someone that is eager to work with a wide variety of individuals, meet deadlines, produce quality work, and is eager to grow their career.

Preferred skills include a solid understanding of how Revit is used to produce documents and information in addition to working drawings as it relates to educational design and construction. Additionally, a basic knowledge of modeling practices by other disciplines, especially structural and mechanical is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Architectural Technology or an equal certification is preferred.
  • Zero to Five years’ experience in developing architectural BIM (Revit) models to be used as construction working drawings on educational projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering as-built drawings and recreate the plans in Revit with minimal errors.
  • Ability to review working models and PDF outputs for compliance with company modeling and documentation standards.
  • Have a desire to learn, accept direction, be mentored, and build relationships.
  • Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
