We are currently seeking to fill our Broker/Field Underwriter position.

Applicant must: be self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, have a customer service attitude, have integrity, have a desire for professional development, be willing to learn, and have exceptional people skills.

Here with the Gill Agency you will be coached, trained, and educated on how to earn $100K or more in your FIRST year. No previous experience is required. You just need to be coachable and have a desire to soar.

What you can expect:
Part-Time 1-2 sales/wk: $500-$1k
Full-Time 3-5 sales/wk: $1,500-$2500
Above Average 6-8 sales/wk: $3k-$4k
