Medical Logistics Dispatcher - (11 a.m.-8 p.m.)

Medical courier services are an important part of our healthcare system. Our couriers transport sensitive lifesaving materials between hospitals, emergency rooms & supply chains. Our team is responsible for making sure healthcare providers have everything they need to save lives and keep the hospitals running.

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a Monday through Friday day shift for our Ocala location. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; this is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

The Dispatcher will have multi-line phone, record keeping, and customer service experience. The Dispatcher will receive incoming customer calls and emails to dispatch our medical courier services; will also assist our HQ Dispatchers and Area Managers with other duties as assigned.

The desired candidate should be comfortable with a high volume of calls, assessing & prioritizing appropriately in a fast-paced, potentially high stress environment. The candidate will work with multiple computer screens, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with high accuracy of data entry. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and follow established procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with multi-line phone system, with high call volume; experience with using multiple computer screens simultaneously
Ability to multi-task/Highly organized with attention to detail with minimal errors
Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills

Ability to read existing schedules and adjust if necessary
Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to type 40 words per minute
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
