Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and operating basic hand tools
- Perform maintenance and repair work on equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Assist with construction projects by carrying out tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, and basic carpentry
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in general labor or construction work
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment
- Versatility and adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
