Gillmann Services is hiring Rock Crushers to work in Princeton, WV.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control and fill out documentation.
• Maintain the work area in a hazard-free condition.
• Operate machine control panels with electronic switches.
• Visually inspect products and by-products for conformity to prescribed quality standards such as color, shape, and corners. Remove poor-quality products and by-products as required.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs on machinery, such as removing jams.
• Monitor the operation of manufacturing equipment to detect and report malfunctions.
• Empty reject dumpsters, clean loose material from around conveyors, and batching equipment.
• Perform other functions and duties as required or directed, such as assisting with maintenance, cleaning, and repair of machinery.

Required Skills:

• Use, read, and understand rulers and tape measures
• Basic math skills (i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, averaging, etc.)
• Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and crawling.
• Must be able to lift concrete products and other objects weighing up to 95 pounds each from floor level to heights up to 4 feet.
• Must be able to climb ladders to heights of 7 feet or more.
• At least 1 year of experience with operating heavy equipment (i.e. Dozer, loader, excavator)

• Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and crawling at least 50% of the shift. Requires standing 75% of shift (Based on 8 ~ 12-hour shift).
• This position will work inside with seasonal temperatures ranging from 25° to 100° F

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Preferred)
• Rock Crushing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Concrete Labor: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
