                                 Friday - Monday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. w/ incentive pay

Logistics Coordinator Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing top-level customer service to retain and build relationships with carriers and customers, while meeting revenue and profit margin goals.  If you are eager to achieve your full potential and join a winning team, we are anxious to show you what we have to offer with our LogisticsCoordinator position.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services

• Negotiate rates with carriers

• Provide customers with shipping quotes

• Book orders with carriers and assist with preparing carriers for loads

• Track and communicate the status of loads

• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs

• Transportation industry/logistics brokerage experience is a plus, but not required
