GIMDx, Inc. is a medical consumables and diagnostics market specialist that primarily distributes blood collection needle sets and blood collection tubes. We also source new technologies, product partnerships, R&D and OEM opportunities for clinical and veterinary laboratories. Our Research and Development team and laboratory designs custom assays and validates products for market entry.
We have an immediate opening for a part time position with potential to be full-time as the Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include answering/routing phone calls, accurately creating and processing of billing (Training will be provided), and other general office duties. The preferred candidate is:
- Associates Degree or Higher.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management, efficient, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills.
- Any experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus!
20-25 hours per week to start with, flexible working hours selected by candidate during company business hours 9:00am -5:00pm (as a part time employee). We need someone who is looking for a long-term position. No remote work.
