Gina's DayCare Learning Academy is seeking dynamic and dedicated Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be an essential part of our mission to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive, developmentally-appropriate curriculum that aligns with our core values and fosters a love for learning. Your curriculum will encompass a wide range of subjects and activities to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
- Engaging Lesson Plans: Develop creative and engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of children in your care. These plans should be flexible and adaptable to accommodate individual progress and interests.
- Classroom Management: Create a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to explore and learn. You will maintain discipline while encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor each child's progress, keeping track of their developmental milestones and academic achievements. Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and offer guidance on how to support learning at home.
- Learning Resources: Utilize a variety of age-appropriate teaching materials, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience and make lessons interactive and exciting.
- Individualized Support: Identify and address the unique needs and strengths of each child to provide individualized support and encouragement, ensuring all children have the opportunity to thrive.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and research to continuously improve your teaching skills and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
