What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Ginoza Realty, Inc.?
Established, family-owned real estate company with a close-knit staff. Seeking an experienced person to do accounts payable and receivables, General Excise Tax, manage owner accounts, manage tenant accounts, bank reconciliation, yearend owner reports,1099misc, and general excise tax annual reports.
Bookkeeping experience required. Should be familiar with computer (Excel, Word, Outlook) and 10 key adding machine.
Full-time position available. Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
