Restaurant Server/Bartender

We are looking for servers with a minimum of 1 year experience. If you have bartending experience as well, there are opportunities to work both shifts. If you are warm with a positive attitude, and truly enjoy the restaurant industry and providing excellent customer service - you'll be an excellent fit! Full and Part-time available.

Front of the House experience, wine & spirits knowledge a plus!

GioBatta Alimentari is an authentic Italian market cafe. Alimentari, a word meaning “to nourish,” is our inspiration. After a 13-year success with Mercato Osteria Enoteca in Red Hook and two James Beard nominations, Chef Francesco Buitoni opened GioBatta in 2020.

Our heritage stems from the Buitoni family pasta enterprise, whose spectacular growth and reach nurtured a nation with its food and confections.
