The Hampton Inn Portsmouth Central is now hiring for a Front Office Manager Full Time. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. This is a dynamic role for an eager, motivated and hands on leader. Your presence at the desk and in other areas are vital.
The salary is $19.00/Hour

Job Responsibilities include:
• Manage all functions of the Front Office, including operations and staffing
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs
• Cover desk shifts on occasion or when necessary
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Other duties as assigned
